DHPE 125 - Health and Wellbeing (2)


Online course available only for the students enrolled in online degrees.
This course focuses on topics that include the fundamental elements of physical fitness, nutrition, weight control, and stress management. Emphasis will also be given to the practice of personal vision, management, and leadership, which contribute to a wholistic paradigm of individual health. The course covers both theoretical and experiential components. (Fall, Spring, Summer)
