Paid Days Off (PDO)


PDO is the system that pays eligible ADU employees for time taken off from work (vacation, holidays, sick leave, bereavement, etc.), provided they have accrued the necessary dollars. Employees accrue PDO dollars on their base pay only, based on the number of regular hours worked. Employees must submit a request for vacation to their Director/Supervisor at least two weeks prior to the start of vacation.
